Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your RejuFlexi product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product price. The product does not need to be unused — we genuinely want you to try it.
2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return address.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without prior return authorization
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
7. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new purchase. Please return the unwanted item per the instructions above and place a new order for the replacement.
8. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can typically cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned per this policy.
